PERINATAL
MENTAL HEALTH

A smiling black pregnant woman hugs her toddler-aged child. Therapy can promote good attachment with your children.

The journey of growing a family is almost always complicated. From the courage it takes to say “I’m trying to have a baby” to the imposter syndrome that comes with the ups and downs of raising a child, from the surprise of an unplanned pregnancy to the unpredictability of sleep and feeding, from the devastation of experiencing symptoms of a perinatal mood and/or anxiety disorder to the opportunities for growth as a parent … it’s a lot to manage!

As a perinatal mental health clinician, I have worked with countless people who want the best for their families but feel depleted and anxious about “being enough.” We can work together in sessions to blend together your unique identities, stories, values, and goals to intentionally nourish the family you love so much.

Have a little one under 1yr? Bring your baby to our sessions so we can work together on attachment, bonding, parenting strategies, and more!
